Grandma's First Christmas in Heaven

Sing a song of rejoice...

Instead of shedding tears...

For Grandma's spending Christmas with Jesus Christ This year...

She's seen the times of good and bad,

the hardships of hatred, happy and sad...

She's watched her children, spent the time she did for them.

 Yet this year for Christmas,

 Grandma's made a wish,

to sit at a dinner table without preparing the dish

Sickness may have weakened her

But her dreams and memories remain

As she watches from up above

 calling each our names

And if you listen closely

to the chiming voice above

You'll hear grandma singing

 "I'm sending all of my love."

 "So please my dears, don't shed a tear.

For I am spending christmas, with Jesus Christ This year!"
